This notice explains how SANYZA INSPIRE LLC ("we", "us"), operator of FigFroot, handles personal information received through figfroot.com and related business communications.

Information we receive

Newsletter. If you join our email list, we receive your first name and email address. The list is managed through systeme.io and used only to send the content you signed up for. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly. We never buy, rent, or scrape email addresses.

Contact. If you use our contact form or email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and message, so we can respond.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly: it does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. We see aggregate figures (pages viewed, referrers) only.

Affiliate links. Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, the merchant (not us) may set a cookie to attribute the sale. Those cookies are governed by the merchant's own privacy policy.

We do not use account registration or advertising pixels.

How we use information

We use information to send the newsletter and resources you requested, respond to inquiries, operate and protect our business, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with service providers that support business operations (email delivery via systeme.io, hosting, analytics), professional advisers, or authorities when required by law. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, contractual requirements, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Unsubscribing removes you from the mailing list immediately.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing [email protected]. Rights vary by location, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.

Security, children, and changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no electronic transmission is completely secure. FigFroot is intended for a general business audience and not directed to children under 13. We may update this notice; the revision date above identifies the current version.
